  9. Place in oven for 12 minutes on 200 degree heat
  10. Cut lettuce (1 slice for each burger)
  11. 2 slices of tomato for each burger
  12. Lightly toast brioche buns in toaster (dont let it get hard)
  13. Turn them over after 12 minutes when browned and let them cook for 10 more minutes
  14. Add cheese slices and cook for 2 minutes so that it melts on top
  15. Build burger. Mayo on top and bottom not too much. Tincy bit of mustard on base if wanted. Lettuce on base. Then burger. Then tomato. Then ketchup.
